Telephone Services offers standard Caller ID and Voice Mail as optional features.  Caller ID and Voice Mail are available to Telephone Service customers with a telephone number beginning with an “831” prefix.

 

The cost for Caller ID or Voice Mail is:

Other things you need to know are:

·        Only one roommate is required to sign up for Caller ID and/or Voice Mail

·        Do not sign up for Caller ID and/or Voice Mail until you are sure the room you have been assigned is the room you are going to stay in.  Caller ID and Voice Mail are non-transferable and non-refundable.

·        The Caller ID feature is Standard Caller ID and will display the number of the incoming caller.  Note:  Caller ID Deluxe (which displays name and telephone number) is not available.  The Voice Mail feature is a single mailbox.  Note:  Multiple mailboxes (press 1 for……2 for, etc.) are not available.

·        You are responsible for providing your own Caller ID equipment.  Talk with your roommate and decide who will bring the Caller ID box and/or telephone.  You are responsible for providing your own touch-tone telephone even if you do not sign up for Caller ID. 

·        Your application and payment must be received before Caller ID and/or Voice Mail will be activated.  Caller ID and Voice Mail will be activated within 24 hours.

·        Payment locations:  our office (Walker Hall, first floor), drop boxes inside the Post Office and in front of Walker Hall (campus side), U.S. Mail, or by campus mail.
